- Review, define response requirements, and prepare RFP responses and qualification documents for Municipal and private projects;
- Prepare preliminary and detailed design plans and cost estimates for irrigation system hydraulics, communications, and controls;
- Develop bid documents, CCDC, and irrigation specifications. Manage and supervise awarded contracts and certify contractors’ payments;
- Prepare and review SMDP and Pond reports, and prepare Irrigation Management Plan Reports and Irrigation Master Plans;
PAST PROJECT EXPERIENCE
- Two years experience with The City of Calgary , Parks – Water Management, Irrigation Central Control System – ICC (SCADA-Motorola) including the Communication System Upgrade in 2009-2010.
- Ten years project management experience in the field of irrigation contracting and consultancy for Landscaping, Golf Courses, Parks, Roads, Residential Communities, and Five Star Hotels for renowned UAE Clients and International Golf Course Developers.
